Sometimes there is a need to attach metal elements or fittings in the form of hinges or handles to a glass pane. Glass milling machines allow you to make various types of cutouts and mounting holes in glass. The edges of these cutouts are only blunted, but since they are covered by fittings, a better quality of edge finish is not necessary.
