Glass processing
Glass processing
Glass processing consists of giving a glass pane the right dimensions, shape and performance properties expected by the customer through processes such as cutting and edge grinding, drilling and milling holes and cut-outs, surface decoration, tempering and lamination.
Products manufactured in this way are used, among others, in interior architecture, construction, furniture manufacturing and lighting. We continuously invest in innovative technical solutions so that the quality and standard of our products remain at the highest level and meet customer expectations. Our plant is equipped with modern production lines that ensure efficient and fast manufacturing. For glass cutting, we use “Jumbo” cutting tables as well as Water Jet devices. For shaping, we use CNC glass processing centres and large-format grinding machines. For surface decoration, we use screen printing, digital printers and coating lines. To improve surface strength and safety in use, we use tempering furnaces. Reliable machines and tools guarantee the highest precision and aesthetics of our products. Our extensive machine park and many years of experience allow us to complete even the most demanding glass projects.
Glass Painting
Mochnik Glass has all available technologies for decorating flat glass surfaces. Thanks to this, we can match the method to the product function, design and production scale.
Glass Tempering
Tempering glass is a great way to strengthen glass and make it safer to use.
Glass Laminating
Laminated glass is considered safety glass, meaning it does not cause injuries when broken and the foil keeps all the broken pieces together.
Drilling and Milling
Glass milling machines allow you to make various types of cutouts and mounting holes in glass.
Glass Cutting
Glass cutting is the first and fundamental stage of glass processing in the entire production chain. The success of later grinding or drilling processes depends on its correct execution.

Edge Grinding
We have many edge-processing machines depending on the type, shape and thickness of the glass.
Glass Engraving
We offer glass engraving services. This decorative technique involves creating patterns on the glass surface using grinding discs of various diameters.
UV Bonding
Bonding glass with a colorless UV-cured glue is a very popular and aesthetic method of joining glass to glass, glass to metal, plastic, and even wood.
Screen printing
It is created using a matrix onto which an image of the motif to be displayed on the glass is first exposed. Ceramic paint "rubbed" through the matrix is applied to the glass. It is then dried and fused into the glass during the tempering process, becoming indelible. It is excellent for both home products and outdoor architecture. Screen printing most often uses one, or less often two, colors of paint. The maximum screen print size is 2800 x 5500 mm.
